  Fantastic! You will not be disappointed! We looked at a higher end place next door and I am so glad we went with this place instead. When we first pulled in I was apprehensive but I shouldn't have been, they proved me wrong. The room (#19) oh my gosh!! Ocean view was beautiful, kitchen, living room, bedroom, and absolutely spotless.(please be sure to tip, can't believe how clean!!) They are meticulous about the rooms and beach area. We only stayed one night but will not hesitate to go back. Brought our lil pom dog and he was welcomed without issue, for a nominal fee. At those larger, higher end places you are a # and a $, here, you are an appreciated guest, and it shows in everything they do. The views were also spectacular!!! Thanks so much to our hosts for the most wonderful hospitality. We will always come back here from now on when we're  in the area. We know great hosts when we meet them.   We had a quaint little room. Very comfy. Close to shopping and activities.  Very relaxing. So many iguanas and macaws and wildlife in general Super clean rooms. Super clear pool. Hot tub was perfect! Views out into the ocean. Maid service was perfect. Groundsman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area! So glad we found an affordable gem. 10☆

  Clean and laid back. Been to plenty of rentals and hotels in the keys for my whole life. This one is cozy and quaint. Rooms were sanitized and welcoming. Pool and spas were great after fishing on the water all day. Staff were great an able to respond to anything needed. We love this spot as we fish out of Bud n Mary's an go to Lazy Days after to cook our catch. It's walking distance so it's perfect!

  We found our newly remodeled room very comfortable, a large room with bed, couch, and eat in kitchen with full fridge and kitchen with stove top, no oven.  The place is quaint and nicely decorated. To the next guests, the place will be completely remodeled down to new beds and linens.  The location is great, close to Lazy days restaurant.  There  is a small beach area, however it is not conducive to swimming in the ocean.  They do have an amazing pool and two hot tubs. We will definitely be back.  Unfortunately we dealt with the construction team while here, otherwise I would have given them 5 stars,  please note. Management did accommodate for our unique position.
